Community Standards & Conduct

APC is a professional collective built on shared standards, mutual respect, and responsibility to the wider public. Participation within APC reflects a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and safe practice.

Members are expected to engage constructively, communicate responsibly, and contribute in good faith. Different perspectives are welcome when expressed thoughtfully and with respect. Harassment, intimidation, misinformation, misrepresentation, or fear-based behaviour are not aligned with APC values.

APC is a space for open, honest discussion about real-world practice, including challenges and learning experiences. Professional growth depends on reflection, composure, and accountability, not ego or public confrontation.

Concerns relating to conduct, wellbeing, or community safety should be raised privately through APC’s established channels so they can be addressed discreetly and appropriately. APC does not engage in public disputes or call-outs.

Continued participation within APC is dependent on ongoing alignment with these standards. Where behaviour undermines community safety, trust, or professional integrity, access to APC platforms and membership may be reviewed or withdrawn to protect the wider community.

APC exists to support a safe, respectful, and professionally grounded environment where practitioners can grow with confidence and contribute to a stronger, more trusted aesthetics industry.

Full standards and participation expectations are available to APC members within the membership portal.
